Relationship Counseling Center Of Long Beach Opens In California Heights

May 8, 2012 – On March 1, Linda Nusbaum, a licensed marriage and family therapist (MFT), opened the Relationship Counseling Center of Long Beach at 1232 E. Wardlow Rd. With the assistance of MFT interns Gail Desilets, Nadeshda Hernandez and Jean Pan, the center helps facilitate the healing of troubled relationships and marriages through every stage of difficulty. According to Nusbaum, who has nearly a decade of counseling experience, the Relationship Counseling Center of Long Beach is designed to “help people in relationships find their way back to loving each other again,” she said. In addition, the facility also assists individuals suffering from depression, anxiety and other challenges. Nancy Witnauer-Smith, a licensed clinical social worker, also practices at the center and specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and relationship issues.
