November 6, 2012 – Long Beach’s Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery reopened last month after a three-week remodel, unveiling a new look and menu. According to General Manager James Maresca, pictured above, the renovation includes a new 44-seat outdoor patio, and expanded bar with more seating. The bar now opens onto a renovated outdoor beer garden area. The dining room décor features hand-painted graphics of Rock Bottom’s famous brews and new seating throughout. The new outdoor and indoor seating combined boasts a 20 percent increase in overall seating. In total, the 10,516-square-foot restaurant seats 449 guests and has a 72-guest private dining room. A new audio/visual system also has been installed, featuring 15 new widescreen TVs and an upgraded sound system. The new menu is being rolled out nationwide and features an update on classic favorites as well as new items with a Southwest influence. Rock Bottom Brewery operates in 17 states coast to coast.
