Nannette Brodie Dance Theatre Celebrates 25 Years

Nannette Brodie Dance


January 15, 2013 – Known for productions filled with spirit, wit and athleticism, the Long Beach-based Nannette Brodie Dance Theatre (NBDT) celebrates 25 years in 2013. The modern dance company performs throughout Orange and Los Angeles counties and has toured both nationally and internationally. For the past two years, NBDT has collaborated with the Long Beach Opera on four different productions and will again work with the organization this year. Nannette Brodie has received accolades for her work, including being named Outstanding Artist of the Year in 2007 by the Arts Council of Long Beach. The company recently celebrated its 25th anniversary with performances at the Martha B. Knoebel Dance Theatre at California State University, Long Beach. Future productions include a performance at the Ford Amphitheater in the Hollywood Hills in August. For more information on the company and productions, visit www.nannettebrodiedance.org.
