Renaud's Patisserie

December 3, 2013 – Renaud Gonthier, pictured, executive pastry chef and co-founder of Renaud’s Patisserie, recently opened inside the new Gelson’s Market at 6255 E. 2nd St. in Southeast Long Beach, the third location of his independent bakery. This is his first patisserie and bistro outside of Santa Barbara. Renaud’s Patisserie specializes in French pastries and French-style cakes, including eclairs, brioche, macarons, croissants, mille feuilles and more.
