HCP Awarded REIT 2013 Award

December 3, 2013 – Long Beach-based HCP, Inc., a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on properties serving the health care industry, was recently recognized at the 2013 REITWorld Annual Convention in San Francisco with the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) “2013 Healthcare Leader in the Light” award for superior sustainable energy use practices.
