Hamburger Marys Long Beach

December 17, 2013 – Dale Warner, owner of the local LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) restaurant Hamburger Mary’s Long Beach, recently expanded his business into a 7,000-square-foot space at 330 Pine Ave. The new space boasts stadium-style seating, nightly entertainment, large dining areas and multiple bars, all designed with granite, marble and walnut finishes. The location also has free parking directly behind the restaurant. The former restaurant location at the corner of Broadway and Alamitos avenues, closed to the public on December 8. Hamburger Mary’s first opened in San Francisco 40 years ago. Since then, the franchise has grown to 12 locations, including an international location in Berlin. According to its website, Hamburger Mary’s is the only national franchise actively marketing to the LGBT community.
