Apartment Association Hosts Annual Legislative Reception

December 20 – The Apartment Association, California Southern Cities (AACSC), held its annual Legislative Reception on December 1 at the Long Beach Yacht Club to introduce its 2012 boardmembers and officers. Based in Long Beach since 1924, the AACSC is a nonprofit trade association that promotes, protects and enhances the rental housing industry, in addition to preserving private property rights. The AACSC reception also doubled as the organization’s holiday party, where guests brought toys to donate to the children at Interval House, which provides a safe haven for victims of domestic violence.
